Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  • Refunds are processed only based on fulfillment errors (such as shipping errors or missing items).
  • All returns must be contact us via email at info@kicksheaven.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your item.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags, boxes, and casing.

Please be aware that if we have made an error and shipped you the incorrect size or product to what was ordered, we will cover the return postage and fix our mistake as quickly as possible.

 

EXCHANGE:

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGED:

We understand that every sneaker is different. If the pair you ordered isn’t the perfect fit, please contact us via email at info@kicksheaven.com.au to request an exchange. Exchange only works for size correction. The Terms and Conditions are as follows:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for exchange approval.
  • Return the item within 7 days after your exchange request is approved.
  • Ensure items are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags, boxes, and casing.
  • Shoes should be sent in an additional box to prevent damage.
  • We don't cover the exchange postage costs; It is the customer's responsibility.
  • Use a traceable service when returning items; we're not responsible for lost packages.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; we don't reserve stock.
  • If your desired exchange size isn't available, we'll provide store credit, the store credit will never expire. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS:

To return or exchange an item. Please email customer service at info@kicksheaven.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
 

REFUNDS PROCESS:

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
  • We will notify you by email when your return or exchange has been processed.
  • All refunds will be made back to the original payment method.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange. 
  • CHRISTMAS Returns & Exchange: Any purchase made in December you will have till the end of Jan to exchange/return. 

Please Note:

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchange.
  • We do not offer refunds and returns for a change of mind or wrong size ordered.
